Hello there,

How are you today ? 

I have an issue with the offer functionnality. When i enter an item name, i don't see a dropdown to chose the product of the shop catalog. I don't have the possibility to choose a product using its SKU either.

Also, once i send the offer to the customer, even by using the exact name of an existing product, it doesn't seem that wocommerce recognize it. In face, if the customer adds it to the cart, nothing happens.

Can you please tell me more about how to use this offer function ? As it is, i do not see how it's useful.

Hi Fabien,


If you go to B2BKing->Settings->Offers, you can replace that text field with a product selector. If you do that, you will see a dropdown and you will be able to choose products from the list of products in your store.


However, it's true that the products are not directly connected to the WooCommerce products, meaning that purchasing the offers will not substract from WooCommerce stock or link to the products themselves

I am aware this is not perfect. We are looking to improve the offers functionality and add more here, + add scheduling/timers/more options, hopefully in future in future updates.
