2) Regarding your question about the coupons,
I think the way we wrote the field description is a little confusing, and something we need to improve.
That field is for ALLOWED ROLES. So you should add there all options that CAN use the coupon.
So if you want to exclude 1 group, you should add all groups except the one that is excluded.
