Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

1) The first step to do this is to change the email template. It is easy to do. Simply copy paste the New Message template into the THEME FOLDER. For example, if you are using storefront, you would copy it here:

wp-content/themes/storefront-child/new-message-email-template.php

Now, you can work on this template directly and change it, without modifying the plugin.

I would like to have 3 columns: image, product code, quantity.

Now you need to modify the template

I am sorry but we do not have the capability to do plugin customizations as part of support as these take significant time. You would have to hire a developer to complete this.

I apologize for my late reply.  This week has seen a big spike in support requests and we have reduced staff during the holidays. I appreciate your patience.

Short answer is: You will be able to update B2BKing without your changes being overwritten, so nothing to worry about here.

Long answer: 

In the process I described below, you are copying the B2BKing email template to the Theme folder (e.g. Flatsome, StoreFront, WoodMart, or whatever theme you are using). There is an order in which templates are loaded - the theme folder is checked first, so if you put a template there, it will be prioritized. I believe it is a good solution for your site long-term.
