Hi there,

Is there any possibility to add/change the types of the conversations?

And add different email adresses to different types?

Hi Peter,

Do you mean change the "Inquiry"/"Message"/"Quote" options in conversations?

The only way this would be possible is by modifying plugin code. If you are open to that, we are happy to give you details as to how this would be done.

The same is true for using different recipient emails for different conversation types.
