HI there ,

recently i found that the b2bking getting crash when my customer try to login ,the login page will running forever ,and my website will come out max user connection error ,when i deactivate it everything become fine ,

please fix it thx

Hi there ,i have try to uninstall other plugin just left b2bking and woocomerce still cant solve the problem,when i try to login the browser will loading forever ,please have a check on this plugin ,thanks

Hi,

I understand. I saw you video. I would like to help you solve the problem.


I cannot fix this issue just be checking the plugin on our end. We have now had 1200+ customers without this issue and we are working on it every day and logging in to dozens of sites everyday without this problem.

Perhaps there is some incompatibility with your server. For example our plugin uses SOAP - if Soap is not enabled in PHP it may cause this issue in your site.

I want to help fix the problem for you but we need a login to your site / server so we can run tests and understand what is happening.
