Hi,

i bought WOOCOMMERCE HIDE PRICES - PRIVATE STORE PLUGIN but my experience with it is really bad for 2 reasons.

1° THING
I changed the "Hide prices text" but,
web site visitors can't click on it.

There is a way to redirect customers directly on "my account page" when the click on "Hide prices text"?

2° THING
When a user signs up on "My Account Page",
then he is logged in,
but if he click on the "Products Page" and try to view the prices,
he find again the "Hide prices text".
So there is a bag system.

I paid 49$ to have a LIMITED plug in, which doesn't make me add a simple link and is full of problems.

Please, can you help me and solve the problems?

I'd like to buy and use this plug in on several sites that I'm working on.

Thank you very much

Hi Matteo,

Thank you for purchasing the plugin.

1. Yes, you can make that text into a link. The settings page allows links.

Please see this article for how to set that up: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/how-to-add-a-link-to-login-to-view-prices/

2. Are you sure your configuration is correct? Do you have any dynamic rules?

If you only need to hide prices for guests, you can simply use this option, without dynamic rules:

If your configuration is already correct, there is the possibility the issue is created by caching plugins. Caching plugins like WP Rocket need special configuration to work with our plugin.

If you want to give us a temporary login to the site, I am happy to check all configuration and diagnose/fix the problems.

Kind regards,

Stefan
