Hi there, I downloaded B2Bking and I am able to update all the settings to what I want, but I am not able to see the wholesale registration form. (There is no live demo button on my screen).
I DID enable the "my account page registration" and still dont see the form.
Can you please give me some advice?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Alexandra,
First, please make sure that in B2BKing->Settings->Main Settings the plugin status is NOT disabled:
Then there are 2 different ways you can add a Wholesale Registration Form:
1) On a separate page. To add the form on a separate page, create a page and add the shortcode [b2bking_b2b_registration] (registration+login) or the shortcode [b2bking_b2b_registration_only] (registration only)
2) As a dropdown with multiple options in My Account.
To enable this, go to B2BKing->Settings->Registration and enable "Enable dropdown & fields".
once it is enabled, you should see a "User Type" dropdown on the 'my account' page:
Is this making sense? If it's not working, perhaps you can share some screenshots of your Main Settings and Registration settings. We're also happy to configure things for you based on your instructions if you provide us with a login.
Kind regards,
Stefan

Hi Stephan, thanks for your quick reply! I checked my settings and it is NOT disabled.
When I try to add the shortcode the "add shortcode" button isnt there. There is only an: "add media" or "add form" button where the shortcode button usually is. (I have never seen the shortcode button but I see it in other people's instructions of how to add shortcode.
I also tried adding this in the CSS section and it didnt do anything. WHat should I do?
I am super new to this and honestly have no idea what I am doing, would really appreciate your feedback! Thanks!
Ps I Ive attached a photo of what my screen looks like, hope that helps.
