Refund

Hi I contacted you about a refund about 2 weeks ago and you requested that I went to codecanyon, which I did.  They sent the request to you and gave you 5 days to reply, which unfortunately didn't happen.  I've now opened a dispute with codecanyon but heard nothing back from them regarding this.  It's a little disappointing because the plugin genuinely didn't work on my website.
