Shop manager role and editing other users

Hello! 

We're experiencing an issue that you might be able to help us with. I'm not sure if the issue is caused by B2BKing's 'Shop manager' role, or the role-editing plugin we're using called Menu Editor Pro. I've attached some images below. 

Users with the 'Shop manager' role are unable to edit other users, unless they have one role assigned (Customer). However, after editing the user and clicking 'Update', the 'Shop manager' is taken to a page that says "Invalid User ID".

We are working with developers to look into this issue and they have provided the following information:

Is this a conflict between the 'Shop manager' role and Menu Editor Pro? Would it make sense to add a new custom admin role instead?

Thank you for your quick response! Yep - That did the trick! It was a simple setting in Menu Editor Pro plugin. Worked like a charm, thank you so much for finding that ticket.
