Confirmation emails spam

The emails sent to the B2B clients once they are confirmed (for approval required registration) go directly to their spam. What can we do to change this?

Thank you for purchasing our plugin, 


We get this issue quite a bit - our emails look like WooCommerce emails (but different), so it seems that a lot of times they are detected incorrectly as spam.


In my experience, you can get this fixed by installing and configuring a SMTP plugin for your site. These help use particular email servers to authenticate your emails. A popular solution is https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
