Hello Jose,
Thanks for using our plugin,
1) For customer support, kindly please provide us with your purchase code for the plugin. To get the code, you can go to https://codecanyon.net/downloads -> Click as it's shown in this image:
-> The text file downloaded should have something like this inside: Item Purchase Code: b3e5fe72-00b0-4019-a8e2-06fb26264742
Thank you for the help,
2)
-> What version of B2BKing are you using? Do you have the latest plugin version from CodeCanyon?
-> I also have a not yet released plugin version I can send you that has an improvement/fix for the import, so perhaps it can help fix your issue as well.
Kind regards,
Stefan

I think that there may be something wrong with how the CSV file is saved by your program:
I am seeing the following:
I hope it's visible in the above img: the first row with the group prices, is only in the first column. The prices are spread correctly, but there seems to be an issue with the first row.
I tried opening it with 2-3 programs and I see the same issue.
I think it has something to do with your CSV export settings. Can you try with a different app? For example you could use a free program like LibreOffice
