Hi,
Is there a possibility to add rules based on attributes/multiple attributes?
Example:
Group X should have 5% discount on attribute [Brand: Sony]
Or another even more advances rule is:
Group X should have 5% discount on attribute [Brand: Sony] in [Category: Sound]

It's not possible to set rules based on attributes.
Rules can be set only based on categories.
You could create a rule such as:
Group X should have 5% discount on Category Sony.
