Is it possible that users on customer/guest user role can only add 1 quantity of product variation. However, wholesale users can add multiple quantity and we can also set minimum quantity for them. Kindly reply asap

Yes, you can configure minimum and maximum quantities through B2BKing dynamic rules.

You would need to specifically set the min / max for each product, or set cumulative minimums for categories/cart totals.
