hello,

i use our plugin in the site

https://isocks.gr/

and i found some bugs.

1. When a b2buser place an order, products that shopped, change to "out_of_stock"

Then i just update the products without any chances and the products becomes "in_stock"...!!

2.  i use the OFFICIAL Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and i notice that in Facebook products shows the b2b price, instead of the regular price of products.

Can you find out why these problems appears?

Is there a way to know the solution to the second question please? I am having the same problem with facebook and instagram shop. Thanks

Hi Orestis,

That reply was hidden because it contained an attachment.

The answer was:

Regarding the issue with Facebook, Facebook will likely get the price of your administrator user. In this case, I suggest you change your admin user account to be a B2C user - After changing your admin user account, it may be necessary to go to those specific products and update them.

So generally it will be the price that your admin user sees.
