Hi, 


When a customer registers and they are auto approve it goes into WordPress user but for some reason does not sync into WooCommerce customer. 

I have to go to the WordPress user and click the tab that says "Update B2BKing User Data" and then click "Update User". Once I do this it will then be u[dated in the WooCommerce customers.

I cannot find the purchase code for some reason but have attached proof of purchase.

Regarding your issue:

What exactly do you mean by "does not sync into WooCommerce customer"? Can you give more details on this, or preferably share a screenshot?


Is the issue that you're not seeing the user in the WooCommerce -> Customers table? If so, that's not specific to our plugin. You can disable the B2BKing plugin and you would see the same thing happen when registering a customer - they won't immediately show in the WooCommerce table. As far as I know, this is because WooCommerce has some caches and does not constantly update tables such as the customers table, only updates these when the user is updated / an order is placed, etc.
