We have products with variations (green t-shirt, dark green t-shirt) with various sizes (S,XS,M,L,...) And the price varies according to the quantity.
As an example, if the customer buys 5 women's overwize green tshirt size S and buys 6 women's overwize green tshirt size M gives a total of 11, It should make the respective discount. (5.25 to 4.90).

The "tiered pricing" functionality is only configurable per variation (not for the variable product as a whole), so it cannot be used the way you want. By tiered pricing I mean this kind of table:
However, you can indeed use dynamic rule discounts to set a discount for the variable product (and multiple variations can be mixed)
For example:
I have this product with 2 variations and variation price = $10:
I create a rule like this:
(discount of 10% for > 8 items)
If I have 7 items in cart, there is no discount:
If I have 10 items ( 5 + 5 ), there is a 10% discount:
Maybe the problem in your rule is that you selected categories (MULHER, HOMEM), not products. Please select products there.
