Compatibility with WP ALL IMPORT

Hi Katja,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

You can import b2b prices into product meta keys.

For group prices, you can find a list of the meta keys necessary here: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/release-1-8-0-price-lists-csv-import-export-pricing-in-the-product-page/ (under the Product Meta Data heading)

If you would like to import tiered pricing, you can find a list of the meta keys here: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/b2bking-tiered-pricing-setup-auto-generated-tiered-pricing-table/

Let me know if I can help with anything, or if you have any questions,

Kind regards,

Stefan

Hi Katja,

Some thoughts:

1)

"we do need RRP (requested retail prices) AND wholesale prices to be available to B2B users on the products"

Yes, you can set the Regular price value, and go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other and enable "Show B2C price to B2B users". B2B users will see prices like this:

2) You can also import prices with the B2BKing -> Tools -> Import Export tool. We have a guide at https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/how-to-bulk-import-export-product-prices/

3) You can also import prices via Products -> Import:

Here you will be able to see the column for b2b prices:

If you don't see it, you will need to go to B2BKing -> Groups -> Business Groups and create a business group for your users.

4)

To import prices into these b2b fields with WP ALL Import, I believe you need to import into the product meta keys that control these prices. These are described here: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/release-1-8-0-price-lists-csv-import-export-pricing-in-the-product-page/

For example, if your b2b group ID is 1234, you will need to set the "b2bking_regular_product_price_group_1234" meta key to the price you want.

I am not sure exactly where in WP All Import this is done - you need to find an option to import "product meta data".

Kind regards,

Stefan

Hi Katja,

To import prices with WP ALL Import, you may be able to find B2BKing fields under custom fields. For example I know these fields are available during export:

(you can see b2bking fields during export)

However, I am not an expert in how WP ALL IMPORT works, so it may be best to contact WP ALL IMPORT support team to ask them about how this is best achieved.

You may need to import these into Product Meta data. These are described here for our plugin: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/release-1-8-0-price-lists-csv-import-export-pricing-in-the-product-page/

For example, if your b2b group ID is 1234, you will need to set the "b2bking_regular_product_price_group_1234" meta key to the price you want.

Other options are to use the B2BKing importer: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/how-to-bulk-import-export-product-prices/

Or to import prices via Products -> Import:

Here you will be able to see the column for b2b prices:

Kind regards,

Stefan
