Shipping rule for B2B customers

Hi, we have created the shipping rules for our B2B customers based on the order weight, and this rule shall only be applied to B2B customers, not individual customers.

However, during checkout of every customer, they can see now 2 options as shown in screenshot, this is not desired.

Can you please instruct how to show and apply the B2B shipping rules ONLY for B2B customers?

Hi Yuan,

Normally, under B2BKing - Groups, for each group/b2c/logged out, you would be able to see and enable or disable the shipping method. More details at: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/how-to-enable-disable-payment-and-shipping-methods-based-on-users-or-groups/

This will only work for default WooCommerce shipping. Are you using any external plugin for shipping by weight for example? Then it may not work the same. One option may be to use shipping classes in that case.

Can you find and enable/disable the methods in B2BKing -> Groups under each group?
