I want to translate b2b emails with some strings appear like these with wpml plugin

Hi Ioannis,

Those strings should be translatable with WPML just like any other strings.

To make sure the user receives the email in the correct language, you may need to set the user profile to that language. For example before clicking "approve user", you may need to set the user profile language, for the email to be in that language:

(language in the user profile panel)
