I am looking to set up a membership site and one of the memberships I would like to offer is a family membership which offers a membership access for a parent account along with a subaccount. They would need the same permissions as the parent account as far as access to restricted pages.
I would like to use this along with Woocommerce, Woo memberships and woo subscriptions.

Our plugins don't have any specific integrations with Woo Memberships or Woo Subscriptions.
If you restricted a page using B2BKing's content shortcode for example ( https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/shortcode-to-restrict-content-to-b2b-b2c-user-groups-specific-users ), then yes that would work for both subaccounts and parent accounts in the same way.
But if you're looking for features from the Memberships/Subscriptions plugins, they would probably not work the same way for parent / sub account.
