Hi guys !

I have a few questions, i checked out your knowledge base and found a lot of helpfull informations but i still have some questions...

1. Account pages.

i didn't managed to create account pages. Do i need to create account page with the divi builder for B2C and Shortcode for B2B ? I don't have any default page or default slug. I put the [woocommerce_my_account] but it doesn't work :/

2. When i create a B2B user, i get redirected to the homepage.. i'd like to display a message like "add products to your cart and ask for a quote"

3. Conversations : When i asked for a quote with a b2b account, i get redirected to a page where it only displays the description of the product :/

All these things might be related to the account problem...

Thanks a lot for your help :D

Hi Jeremie,

1) By default, WooCommerce sets up a My Account page, that contains the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode. This happens during the initial WooCommerce plugin setup in your site.

It's hard to know why adding that shortcode did not work when you tried it. Possibly you added it in a place that does not support shortcodes.

2) and 3) may indeed be connected to the account issue. In these cases you'd usually be redirected to my account. To be exact, you would be redirected to the page that is configured in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> My Account page (this should be the page with the shortcode inside it).

If you would like to share a backend login to your site or staging site with us, I'd be happy to look into your configuration and test all these things to understand what is happening there in the setup.

Kind regards,
Stefan

Hi ! I guess i did something wrong because i put the shortcode again and it works now. Maybe it xas because i put it on a text module instead of a code module.. Anyway it works. I leave this ticket open because i might have other questions.

is it ok for you ?
