I tested locally with a new user, a new field, etc but I'm not seeing the same issue. Are you already using the latest version of B2BKing? (or a very recent one).

I'm also wondering if perhaps you're using a checkout plugin or some other plugin that could be interfering with the standard behaviour.

If it's possible to share a backend login to the site / staging site with me, I'd be happy to look into this to troubleshoot it.
