Can’t connect on mobile

" It means that I register as a business account with automatic approval I’m redirected on the page with following message “ vous êtes déjà connecté. "

" Dashboard doesn’t work becaus on each page of dashboard there is only this message."

This is not normal - it sounds like there is an incorrect configuration on the registration or the my account page. Based on your description, I believe you may have replaced the shortcode on the my account page with one of the b2bking registration shortcodes. However these shortcodes are not a replacement for the My Account page shortcode. The my account page should only contain the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.

If you'd like, we can check all of this directly and troubleshoot the issue for you. For that we would need a backend login to your site or a staging site, so we can look into it.

"In the shop I see the prices for wholesale but prices for B2C users are not visible for me."

Do you want B2B users to see both B2B and B2C prices? Or can you explain please? Something like that can be achieved by following our guide here https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/how-to-display-rrp-recommended-retail-price-to-b2b-users/

Hi there,

1) I can see there is indeed some kind of issue - the B2C price is not showing for some reason. It's probably a styling conflict, as I see there is an empty space instead of the price.

We can resolve this for you but we would need you please provide a backend login to the site or staging site (backend username and password), so we can test and troubleshoot the issue.

2) I can add a snippet to show the smaller price / or make a styling change so that the price no longer goes outside the image.
