Show B2C price to B2B users

You can add the following PHP code snippet to your site:

add_filter('b2bking_both_prices_retail_adjust_tax', function($val){
    return false;
}, 10, 1);

This will help make the B2C price appear as inc. VAT.

For this to work as you described, you would also need a tax exemption rule that removes tax for B2B users. If you don't already have that set up, please follow the instructions here: https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/how-to-display-prices-excluding-tax-for-b2b-users-and-including-tax-for-b2c-users/
