Hi,
We've tried multiple times to import our "Groothandel" prices and different B2B king prices. But they wont change I've added our csv template. Please let me know what we're doing wrong. We've already tried to upload with tools from b2b king. That also didn't work. The front end shows the prices but the back end doesn't. Can you provide me please asap with more info?

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,
1) How are you importing prices? Are you using WooCommerce's Import / Export features under the 'Product' tab?
And do B2BKing prices change correctly in the frontend, but not in the site backend?
2) Does the same thing happen when using B2BKing's import export tool? The prices work in the frontend but are not showing in the backend?
I can't say why that would be, we haven't encountered this issue before. Perhaps there's some kind of backend error or conflict that's preventing the prices from being retrieved.
If you'd like, we can look directly into it. Would you be able to share a backend login to your site, or a staging site with us? Happy to check and troubleshoot this directly.
