B2BKing has an invoice payment gateway feature ( info at https://b2bkingplugin.com/docs/invoice-payment-gateway/ ). B2BKing does not generate invoices, but it allows the user to check out by choosing the invoice method and letting them know they'll receive an invoice soon.

You could edit the invoice method, by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments and entering any text that you want, such as:
