Hi Milena,
I see that here in that screenshot a registration role is selected.
To open that, go to B2BKing -> Registration Roles and click on it.
The 'Automatic Approval to Group' option allows you to select a group that customers are assigned to when they choose that 'B2B Partita IVA role' during registration. So if you select 'B2B Users', then customers will automatically be added to the 'B2B Users' group when they register.
You can create more groups or change existing groups by going B2BKing -> Groups -> Business Groups.

I wanted to create the same thing for private customers, does it need to be done or does it work fine even as it is set up now?

If you're looking to have an option that Private customers can select and be automatically approved, then that option would be configured exactly like this:
These should be selected:
-> No (approvazione automatica)
-> None (B2C).
