We are planning on expanding our part-time sales force, selling ad space in our business directory website/print publication. Part of the sales reps' work will include signing up new advertising clients, specifying the ad spot they require AND uploading clients' ad artwork.
Does your product allow the reps to fulfill that upload task?

I understand that you need to have sales reps who can place orders on behalf of customers and specify an ad spot + upload artwork?
We have a sales reps plugin named SalesKing ( https://1.envato.market/SalesKing ), which allows you to have sales reps who can sign up new customers, and can place orders on their behalf - the customers can then be emailed with a link to pay for their orders.
The ability to specify an ad spot and upload artwork has to do with the order itself - it's a bit outside the scope of our plugin. You can get that done with a Product Add-ons / Extra Options plugin. Any product addons plugin such as ( https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/ ) would work.
So to summarize, I think you could do the following:
-> Use SalesKing + Any Product Add-ons plugin
-> Create a product named 'Artwork' on your site, and configure some custom fields (using the addons plugin) such as 'ad spot', 'artwork upload' etc.
-> Sales Reps can then place orders for customers using that product.

Thank you for your response. I suspected that this would be do-able, using WooCommerce product add-ons/features. I was just checking that there were no issues with your plugin interacting with such an order.
