How can chat box option linked to conversations be placed on every page?

Hi there,

Our plugin has no specific feature to open a chat box - so the only option for customers to start a conversation would be via My Account -> Conversations -> New.

You could add a link to that my account page on your site, in the menu, sidebar, etc, but there is no built-in feature for this.

Our system is not really designed for live chat - it's more for inquiries and sending messages. If you are looking for live chat, there are free plugins like tawk.to: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tawkto-live-chat/
