Sure, it's fine to delete the plugin and re-install it - there would be no issue with your license.

You can delete/install the plugin any number of times - you can also change the website domain (URL) if you want (you can deactivate a domain, and then reactivate a different domain).

I am not sure what it could be, but I'd be happy to check it directly if you'd like.

Could you share a backend login to the site or to a staging clone site with us? That way I can look into the configuration and troubleshoot it.
