Hi Carl,

That follows the settings in your shop.

You can make it show the actual quantity by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory and setting it to "always show quantity remaining".

Please see this for reference: https://prnt.sc/vaVxI5MTOnDW

It should then show the actual quantity, e.g.:

Kind regards,

Thanks for the quick response. Seems like my setting is stuck as "Never show quantity remaining stock" when I hit the Save button. We copied our b2bdemo.o2cool.com site from our production site b2b.o2cool.com. There is no issue with our production b2b.o2cool.com site.

I would suggest trying to log out and log back in, and if that doesn't work to clear caches or try with a new browser.

Sometimes what happens is that a session cookie or nonce etc will get cached, and it will show a wrong value to WordPress, and WordPress will not apply your change as you are failing its security check. Usually fixed by trying with a new browser.

Sorry, I am reopening this ticket.

I am on B2BKing Version 4.5.40. The quantities are not showing because the stock setting under WooCommerce>Settings>Products>Inventory>Stock Display Format is stuck at "Never show quantity remaining in stock".

Got it,

There is a B2BKing setting to hide stock quantities for B2C which is active on your site. This was interfering because the admin user was set to be B2C.

I made a plugin update to make this setting not apply to any admin users, which should solve it.

I can now see stock quantities:
