Hello
when I make an offer to a customer, and they download the offer pdf
the numbers are shown from right to left (you can see it in the attached pdf)
also If you can guide me to how to customize this pdf, like adding the company address and contact numbers, that would be great

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,
1) Based on that attached PDF, this appears to be some kind of localization/currency issue - it seems the language or currency used is not supported for some reason.
It's hard to say more without being able to look over site settings. Would it be possible for you to share a backend login to your site, or to a staging clone site with us? I would like to look into this and run some tests to better understand the issue and get this resolved for you as soon as possible,
2) Regarding adding additional info such as company address / contact numbers, we would generally advise that it's best to use this area here: https://prnt.sc/GG21hWU_rMas
I can also help share info on how to add some custom fields there, but in that case it would be needed to make permanent JavaScript changes (we use the pdfmaker library), which would mean you would no longer be able to update the plugin afterwards.

It seems the problem is the default font used by our PDF library does not support Arabic characters and displaying the Saudi Riyal symbol.
It is possible to use a different font with Arabic support, but we cannot add that to the plugin by default because it would increase the plugin file size too much.
My suggestion would be to use a different symbol for currency in offers such as SAR or SR.
I have made a plugin update to add this, and I installed it on your site. You can now see:
