Hi there,

We need a feature of standard CRM - Customer Relation Management - that can be integrated with the MarketKing.

CRM is extremely helpful for vendors.

Is there any way?

Hi Minh,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin first of all!

There is currently no CRM feature in the plugin. I think this is something we may add in the future as part of MarketKing's integration with the B2BKing plugin.

We are planning a CRM feature for B2BKing, as CRM is particularly useful for B2B customers, so I think it would work well to add it to MarketKing as well as part of this integration.

We are looking at this for future updates, although it's not something we have available yet,

Hi Anthony,

There is no specific progress on this for MarketKing I'm afraid.

There are currently some other features like Geolocation or a PayPal split integration that have a high priority for us at the moment. Once those are done we will consider the next steps for the plugin,
