Hello Kornchai,
It is possible to go to B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules and create a 'Buy X Get 1 Free' rule. For example:
(this rule sets it to 3, so it means "Buy 3, Get 1 Free").

Currently it does not support a different "Y", only 1.
