First of all, I notice you are running an older plugin version of B2BKing Pro (4.5.54), so I would advise you update to our latest 4.6.25 - it may also help with the issue. Regarding the specific issue, please check the following: 

- Make sure the URL of the image is on your site, and not on an external website. So please make sure it's uploaded to your own site. Otherwise it may result in an error where our plugin cannot access it.
