Hi there,

For customer support, kindly please provide us with your purchase code or license key for the plugin, so we can add this to our database.

If you purchased on KingsPlugins.com - Where is my KingsPlugins license key?
If you purchased on CodeCanyon (Envato/ThemeForest): Where is my Envato purchase code?

Regarding your question, do you mean when choosing an agent during checkout registration? It would help if you have a screenshot, thank you.

Kind regards,

Stefan
