It should be possible to translate that.
You should be able to find the string, either in B2BKing, or in WooCommerce (it depends on how that my account page is created).
I would advise you to try to go to Loco Translate -> Plugins -> B2BKing Pro -> Italian. Then click on Sync, and then try to find that string: https://prnt.sc/HXSE3Oac81QB
I'd suggest to do the same with WooCommerce.
