Add Custom Header to Offers PDF

Hi,

We've added a code snippet as described in your docs in order to show some cutom text in offers, but there is no output at all. The code was added to functions.php, I guess that is the right place?

A bit of a shame that the plugin doesn't automatically update, or at least indicate a lack of activation. That would have saved me some time and you one less support ticket.
