We have setup the tiered pricing but it doesn't apply to all users. We need it to apply to users logged in and not logged in,. It's setup correctly but not working,
Please help!

How have you configured tiered pricing, are you configuring it on each product?
If so, you would need to set it up here in this area:
This area is the standard pricing area which applies to both logged in and logged out users (unless the users belong to a specific B2B group with different prices).
It might help if you can give us an example of what you are seeing, so we can check.
Or if it would help, I can also check this directly on your site. For that, is it possible to share a backend login to your site, or a staging clone site, so I can check this and troubleshoot? If so, please also give me an example of how I can see this issue / what steps I can take.
