Tax concern.

It is possible to set a wholesale price for 10+ items only.

However, tax status cannot be based on the number of items purchased. Of course, you can create a discount or set a different price for 10+ -  items, but the tax status is global for the product or user.

There is a feature to show prices excluding tax for B2B users, and including tax for B2C users:

This feature is generally for the user: each user will be placed in a different customer group (b2b or b2c), with different tax status.
