Hi guys.
I would like to know how I can set-up when a client sends a product for approval or messages me through marketking that I can send them out an instant reply email just like the ones I get when I create a ticket with ye.

I could not see an attachment to the previous message, but was it an 'incompatible archive' message? If so, please try that again now as it should work now - I added a compatibility snippet to the site.
The available update in the WP area was a bit older unfortunately, so it's needed to use the ones I attached in the last message.
The 'teststore' name was set here for the main user https://flexitime.ie/wp-admin/profile.php - I have changed it to Flexitime now.

Hi guys.
When a vendor signs up on my 'become a provider' page they get that automatic email and that is fine.
However, when they then go on to sign-up for a subscription, they don't get any further automatic email.
I had asked you before for this and you gave me a code snippet but unfortunately it did not work.
The snippet can be found in the code snippets 'Auto email to providers after paying for subscription'
Can this be altered in order to make it work.
