Hi,

Can this plugin enable dynamic shipping rate of different carriers like DHL, fedex etc..

Are you looking at our MarketKing multi-vendor marketplace plugin? ( https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-multivendor/marketking/ ). Please note the B2BKing plugin is a wholesale plugin that adds features like wholesale prices and quote requests, but it does not have multivendor capabilities.

WIth MarketKing, there are currently integrations with these 2 plugins:

UPS: https://woo.com/products/ups-shipping-method/

USPS: https://woo.com/products/usps-shipping-method/

These can be used to get dynamic shipping rates. For Fedex and DHL these integrations are not available yet,
