Hi Team
Is there a way we can have a promotion for Retail customers only.
I want to have a free toy with cage purchases but only for retail customers.

Hi there,
Generally it is possible to create rules such as discount rules for only retail customers.
For example, you can go to B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules and create a 'discount percentage' or a 'buy x get 1 free' rule for B2C users only.
However, I'm afraid B2BKing in general does not have a feature to add a 'free item' to cart automatically with other purchases. There is a feature for BOGO discounts, but this can only apply to the same product (E.g. buy 10 cages, get 1 free), it cannot add a different product as free.
Kind regards,
Stefan
