Agents not edit prices to increase price

Currently this feature only works with the classic WooCommerce shortcode-based cart.

The cart page should contain the shortcode [woocommerce_cart] for this to work.

I am not sure but I think you are currently using the Blocks cart. You can see this guide for how to switch to the classic shortcode cart:

It's possible that another plugin on your site is changing the theme. I would suggest to try deactivating all other site plugins and switch to the default 'storefront' theme.

If you would like, we can also investigate the issue directly on your site. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site.
