We have a lot of new agents that we want to assign to our seasoned agents, now do we do that?

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

It is possible to set existing agents as sub-agents of other agents. This is done via SalesKing -> Settings -> Tools, through the tool here:

It requires entering each agent's user ID (the ID of a user can be obtained by following the info here https://rudrastyh.com/wordpress/get-user-id.html ).
