This is a bit unclear and it would help if you can please share a few screenshots, of the product page, cart, backend product config, so we can get a clear understanding of what you are seeing. 

Generally speaking, you could try to add the following PHP code snippet to your site, as this changes B2BKing's internal rounding to 4 digits:

add_filter('b2bking_rounding_precision', function($val){
    return 4;
}, 10, 1);

This can be added to functions.php or any snippets plugins. Not sure if it can solve it or not though, as it depends a lot on the issue,
