I understand your question is about our MarketKing multi-vendor plugin. Please note this plugin already has a built-in shipping tracking module with some similar functionality: https://marketkingplugin.com/docs/shipping-tracking/

Regarding the plugin you shared, I believe likely a custom integration has to be made for vendors to be able to use that plugin. While the plugin is generally compatible, the issue is that for a vendor to be able to see this plugin on their own vendor dashboard, a special integration likely must be made to add those panels.
