Dear B2BMarketKing Team,

I am interested in knowing whether B2BMarketKing offers a Customer Management feature for vendors similar to what is available in other multivendor plugins like  WCFM Marketplace.

Specifically, I am looking for functionality that allows vendors to:

  1. View and manage a list of customers who have placed orders with them.
  2. Access detailed customer information, including contact details, order history, total spent, messages, offers, quotes and last purchase date.
  3. Export customer data in various formats such as CSV, Excel, or PDF for further analysis and reporting.
  4. Manage orders and refunds directly from the vendor dashboard.

These features are crucial for a B2B marketplace where managing relationships and data effectively is essential. Could you please provide details on whether B2BMarketKing supports these capabilities or if there are any available extensions to enable them?

Hello Eduardo,

I understand that you currently have the B2BKing plugin and are asking about MarketKing features,


MarketKing allows sellers to manage orders and refunds directly from the vendor dashboard. For each order, sellers can view the customer details, address, etc so they can ship the order.


However there is no option for sellers to view / export a list of customers or view customers details, last purchase date etc. Generally we felt it could be a privacy issue and we did not include this. 

Vendors can however view a list of their orders. Vendors can also send messages to customers who have ordered from them.
