B2B/B2C Price Visibility

Hi Team,

On the latest update of B2B King, we have noticed that the RRP price is no longer displaying to our B2B customers, despite the "Show B2C price to B2B users" being selected. We have performed a cache clean of both the website and B2B King (separately) with no change to the price visibility.

All plug-ins are up to date (detail below);

B2B King  core version: 4.7.10

B2B King Pro version 5.1.70

WooCommerce version 9.3.1

Astra Theme version 4.8.1

Elementor version 3.24.2

Elementor PRO version 3.24.1

Hi Ben,

Here are a few things that might explain this:

- Please make sure the 2 prices, B2B and B2C are different. If they're the same price, the plugin will only show one.

- Please make sure both prices exist, and one price is not empty or set to 0.


Could any of that be it?


We can check this directly on the site and troubleshoot if you'd like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site we can work on,

Thank you for the response

We have the RRP field filled, and B2B price for our 2 customer groups.
Prior to the update, the price function was working perfectly.

We can set up a staging site for you and your team

I'm not sure what it could be unfortunately, as I believe there have been no changes to this in recent updates. It could be a conflict or a number of other things interfering,

If you can share access to a staging site, that would be great and we can troubleshoot this directly.
