This is quite strange. It's also odd that there are 2 different subtotal values on the same page.

I think either there is some kind of plugin conflict, or there is some problem with the cart widget / cart block used. It might help to deactivate all other site plugins to check for conflicts.

Or is it possible to share a backend access to this site (or a staging clone site), so we can investigate this directly?
